Data Controller
The Data Controller for your personal data is: Sylvie Ponlot – contact@delta-insight.com; certain technical services such as hosting, deduplication, data quality and customer knowledge are entrusted to our technical service providers. In accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, this service provider is bound by a strict confidentiality clause that prohibits them from using the data entrusted to them in a way that is not provided for in the service contract, and the clause requires them to set up technical and organizational measures that satisfy security and personal data protection requirements.

We consider your Personal Data to be confidential.

We work to take reasonable technical measures to prevent any loss or misuse when collecting or storing the data that you have shared with us, and to prevent any divulgation to unauthorized third parties.

Your rights
In accordance with the provisions of the regulation on personal data protection, you have a right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data and a right to obtain a copy of the personal data that we hold in a structured electronic format (portability).

You also have a right to object to the processing of your personal data for a legitimate reason, and a right to object to allowing your personal data to be used for canvassing purposes, particularly commercial canvassing.

We undertake to respond to these requests within one month from receipt of the request. This time can be extended by two months depending on the complexity and number of requests received.

In case of dispute over the exercise of your rights, you may make a claim to the French data protection authority, the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés.

Data retention
We only retain your Personal Data for a duration that is necessary and proportional to the purpose for which they were collected, with a maximum duration of 3 years from the last exchange that you have had with us and carried out at your initiative (for example, signing into your account).

Beyond these above periods, your data will be anonymized for statistical purposes, or simply deleted.
